I am certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Court Mediator. I am available to serve as a Court Mediator at the request of parties involved in a dispute or lawsuit in the Central Florida Area. I also mediate residential foreclosure cases for the Collins Center as program manager in several Judicial Circuits throughout the State of Florida. Additional Florida County Court certification is pending. |
My interests revolve around technology. I stay current with computer based technologies, social networking and marketing trends. I prepare web based marketing campaigns for my own activities and for clients. to include Real Estate Photography., Joomla web design and WordPress blogging platforms. |
I also provide political commentary and consulting dealing with current events and political activism. I am interested in local Florida campaigns and events as well as national and international events. I am an Adjunct Professor for Stetson University with Legal Studies courses presented at their remote site at Celebration, FL, as assigned. |

The Florida Supreme Court has mandated the implementation of
managed mediation of residential real estate foreclosure cases in all
20 Judicial Circuits of the State.
May, 2010
As a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator with additional coursework
meeting specific requirements for mediators working in the foreclosure
area with the Collins Center for Public Policy in Tallahassee, I am now
participating in the mediation of residential foreclosure cases in
Judicial Circuits where the Collins Center is the program manager for
the managed mediation program in the Circuit.
